The VHT 412CEL speaker cabinet is a classic straight-front design. The cab is built from high-quality all-birch plywood with an airtight sealed jack plate (no air leaks = maximum leading-edge attack) and is loaded with four 12" Celestion Vintage 30 16-ohm speakers. 

The 412VHT speaker cabinet has the same classic dimensions as the 412CEL, but unlike most 4x12 cabinets, the 412VHT has an open back. Now 4x12 players can experience the expansive spatial dimension that only an open- back cabinet can provide. We've outfitted the 412VHT cabinet with our specially-designed VHT ChromeBack speakers. 

Both 4x12 cabinets feature a stereo/mono switch for either 4- or 16- ohm mono operation or 8-ohms per side stereo operation. In stereo mode, the jacks are configured with isolated ground paths to prevent ground issues with multi-amp setups.
